SCOPE OF COVERAGE

1.) Available only for: Applied Synology NAS model(s) which purchased from Eternal Asia Philippines Inc.

2.) Eternal Asia/ Synology may at their discretion to provide the same or equivalent model as the purchased unit once the problem reported verified.

3.) Exclusion(s): - Any data migration, data recovery, troubleshooting or configuration. - Any of hard drives faulty. - Physical Labour/ Mount/ Dismount of NAS or drives.

4.) Synology Instant Replacement Service’s commencement date will be pegged to the Synology NAS purchased date as per Eternal Asia invoice’s Date    

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITION

1.) This service agreement only covers part number(s) and serial number(s) stated in the given certificate.

2.) Any defects to the equipment caused by or worsened by negligence, improper maintenance, lack of maintenance, improper action or inaction, or willful or malicious acts, shall not be covered under the service agreement.

3.) This service agreement does not include any migration of data and EAPI shall not be held responsible for any loss of data caused by software or hardware failure configuration issues that may arise.

4.) In the event whereby the service engineer determines that the issue is not caused by a hardware failure, the customer will have to bear a certain amount.

5.) Service agreement will no longer be in effect if any parts, including hard disk, of which part number varies from above, has been replaced or removed from the equipment.

6.) The Serial Number of every replacement NAS or parts must be made known to onsite engineers.

7.) Faulty devices must be unmounted/ disconnected and be ready for exchange on-site
